WEB AND MOBILE APPLICATION FOR THE CONTROL AND MONITORING OF CONSUMERS AND SERVICES OF THE CUSTOMERS OF THE HOTEL COMPANY OF THE CARABOBO STATE

The present study proposed as a general objective, the development of a web and mobile application for the control and monitoring of consumption and services of the clients of the Carabobo State Hotel Company. The lack of controls in the previously described processes generated administrative conflicts due to discrepancies in the orders of consumption presented monthly by the franchise of the restaurant and the hotel. In the current market there is no computer solution that satisfies the deficiencies that the hotel has in terms of monitoring these processes, so it was decided to develop a software that would replace the previously mentioned needs. After collecting all the necessary information, we began with the process of developing this tool using the Scrum methodology as the main element for the organization of this project, since its nature allows it to be applied to small development teams, raising product quality standards final and increasing the speed of delivery times. Once the development of this computer tool was completed, the pertinent tests were carried out, documenting the results and generating the conclusions and recommendations of the case.
